Nominations should include answers to the following questions below.\u00a0Reference letters may be requested of the finalists.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_text_separator title=&#8221;Innovation &#038; Productivity&#8221;][vc_column_text]The Innovation &amp; Productivity Award recognizes a SICA member who has developed an innovative product or service that has proven economic, environmental, and\/or social benefits.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Why is this product\/service unique or innovative?<\/li>\n<li>What barriers did you overcome?<\/li>\n<li>How does the innovation contribute to sustainable building practices?<\/li>\n<li>Does the innovation translate new ideas into practice?
